Frequently Asked Questions

  • How far in advance do I have to order?
    Orders for 1-14 people must be placed 72 hours prior to your requested event time. Orders for 15+ people must be placed 5 days prior to your requested event time.
  • Can I get a discount?
    We offer free delivery to our current servicing areas when you pre-order for four (4) consecutive weeks.
  • Do I have to pay a deposit when I order?
    Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your order. The deposit will be later deducted from your remaining order fee. This deposit can be refunded if your order is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to your event time.
  • Is Gist Catering eco-friendly?
    We do our best to use eco-friendly products. All of our serving ware is compostable/reusable.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance of the Event time will receive a 100% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours will not receive a refund.
  • Do you cater private events/weddings?
    Yes! We cater events and weddings. Hors d'oeuvres, plated dinners, and late-night options can be catered to upon request. Please contact us at colefleming@me.com with a your request.
  • Do you bring decor with you?
    No, we do not provide any decor with our catering. We can provide plates and cutlery upon request at time of booking.
  • Is the menu customizable?
    Yes, absolutely! We are open to any and all special requests. We also cater to any allergies and dietary requirements. Please contact us at colefleming@me.com with an inquiry.
  • Is there a minimum order requirement?
    Yes, all orders must be $150 or more.
